Most everyone holds the CEO in very high regard. He is very approachable and a great communicator. He strikes a perfect balance between being product & sales centric.

Definitely a service culture. People here are not only willing but generally look forward to serving. You will be hard pressed to find a larger concentration of people this smart anywhere. While it comes with a high barrier of entry, the culture is laid back and follows the "work-hard, play-hard" mantra.
