  • Definitely a service culture. People here are not only willing but generally look forward to serving. You will be hard pressed to find a larger concentration of people this smart anywhere. While it comes with a high barrier of entry, the culture is laid back and follows the "work-hard, play-hard" mantra.

PTO is 16 days/year plus one day for each year of service. A large part of the greatness of VersionOne are the non-tangible benefits, such as having access to a large group of above-average employees who are all willing to mentor and teach others become better professionals, conferences, etc.
