The Company is attempting to move to fast while the wheels are falling off the bus and the engine is smoking. Internal issues need to be address within the company before moving forward. I am guessing the positive feedback is not from employees that work with customers day in or day out.

Co-Workers are great and is the only thing that keeps me here for now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The misinformed information during the hiring process is we've been voted the BEST Company to work for with excellent benefits. But the company only has HDHP health plans that are extremely expensive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team should look at the bigger picture and address the internal issues instead of portraying and following other tech companies. Deal with the managers/supervisors and their unfairness and mistreatment of subordinates.
