What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?we make the world a better place and people are energized by that objective
What are some of the best things about your team?they are competent and fun to work with
What is the best part about your compensation package?the pay is great, benefits top tier
What would you improve about your company's interview process? The interview was easy and quick but was given a very misconstrued perspective of the team, my direct manager, and the management team. I restarted job searching within 5 months on the job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Diversity is a thought but never implemented and inclusion is most definitely not a priority. The global team is so far removed from regional teams. Very little transparency from mgmt as to why decisions are being made. Senior leadership expects you to drop whatever you are working on to accomodate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No room for upward growth, managers want to keep you in the position you are in without a focus on development. Pay is below industry standard. Spontaneous layoffs and the work load is then put on the remaining team resulting in a bad work-life balance.
