What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very good at putting you off
No loyalty to the driver
They are nice and very strict

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
LISTEN to the marketplace. Find people who truly understand the future of rideshare and LEARN from them. Rideshare, in the form Veyon/MTM trys to operate in is already outdated.
Paying them we trips go wrong

Extremely poor leadership. I would think long and hard before accepting a role in any dept, as all the executives are grossly inexperienced
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think its pretty fair
Unlimited vacation and good work/life balance.
The unlimited PTO is great!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
EVERY other rideshare organization is paying 50% more with better technology.
I am a driver. 50% of rides are noshows
Most drivers never get paid for cancelations $3-5
401k match would be helpful
Compesate driver for cancelled trips
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is nice and friendly
Fun, Friendly, and hard working
Really great people on all the teams.
A lot of really fun people who are great to work with and willing to work hard.
The teams knows how to have fun while working.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They need to pay more attention to their drivers
Its a clean and organized
Safe,Communicative, Professional, Convenient, Friendly, and Compassionate
Positive attitude and people are willing to work across teams and roll their sleeves up when needed.
They work hard to hire really smart and fun people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
MAJOR Leadership change or MAJOR business plan/approach to the marketplace. MTM is going backwards, not forwards - very fast.
What needs to change, is that the CEO needs to wake up and take a peek at what's going on under his nose. Also, hire an HR team!!!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The list goes on and on. Not enough space to provide valuable insight here. I offered a professional observation, analysis and S.W.O.T. opportunity but as I expected - not a single member of the management team acknowledged receiving it or provided any feedback.
