I offered a professional observation, analysis and S.W.O.T. opportunity but as I expected - not a single member of the management team acknowledged receiving it or provided any feedback.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?MAJOR Leadership change or MAJOR business plan/approach to the marketplace. MTM is going backwards, not forwards - very fast.
