- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The list goes on and on. Not enough space to provide valuable insight here. I offered a professional observation, analysis and S.W.O.T. opportunity but as I expected - not a single member of the management team acknowledged receiving it or provided any feedback.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?MAJOR Leadership change or MAJOR business plan/approach to the marketplace. MTM is going backwards, not forwards - very fast.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?EVERY other rideshare organization is paying 50% more with better technology.
