LISTEN to the marketplace. Find people who truly understand the future of rideshare and LEARN from them. Rideshare, in the form Veyon/MTM trys to operate in is already outdated.

MAJOR Leadership change or MAJOR business plan/approach to the marketplace. MTM is going backwards, not forwards - very fast.
What needs to change, is that the CEO needs to wake up and take a peek at what's going on under his nose. Also, hire an HR team!!!
