Prior to joining BET as Senior Vice President of Business Development in 1997, Mr. Mills worked in Investment Banking and served as Deputy Treasurer of the City of Philadelphia. A native of New York, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
