What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being kind, nonjudgmental leaders who lead by example not fear.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I am treated as if I am unvalued. Being honest about my compensation would make me feel much better about my compensation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Communication. Stop micro-managing. Maybe go to a happy hour together for team/corporate bonding - this is the first corporate company I've worked for that doesn't even hold Zoom Happy Hours for team bonding/team morale

What makes you most happy at work?

When an upset customer calls in to complain about being mislead and I can find a solution to turn their negative experience into a positive experience. The customers I've assisted have become friends that I will never forget - they are wonderful when they're happy.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication. I have been blatantly ignored on several occasions from all my co-workers. If you need help don't expect it from your teammates because no one wants to help one another since you all work against each other trying to make sales and convert bookings
