Best company I've ever worked for. Pay could be a little better for service and the amount of knowledge needed but its not bad. Sales had a lot of factors to learn and they prefer a certain style of sales but I could handle. Overall excellent benefits, opportunities for advancement, fun coworkers

I have had a wonderful experience working for Viking over the last 4 years. My hard work was compensated fairly and I received 4 different promotions during my time here so far. I really enjoy the consultative sales approach the company uses and the brand promise that delivers year after year.

What can this brand most improve?

The Administration should take a hard look at the pre-embarking phase. This was just terrible.
