This company is the worst that i have ever worked for. They micromanage you to death and the management has a very toxic culture. The best thing about this job is the benefits since their insurance is really good. Other than that it is not worth it, do not believe the hype

They need to create a culture that creates buy in and fosters a sense of enthusiasm for the job. Greater fairness and transparency will be great too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a sales agent their should be greater compensation and a better process regarding conversion rates. You get penalised for calls you have no control over which is ridiculous
