What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are personable and hard working. They are always pleasant and acknowledge all of the employees. Everyone is pretty much treated equally

Treating everyone equal and with dignity and respect.
Praising hard workers an reward them, but mainly make accountability an punishment for lazy an continued tardee an call outs. Also make people work as a team an actually train new employees, or don't put new people in night shift bc we work fast an do most of not all the freight, with no managers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equal treatment and fair wage.
Because we are under staffed an it's gotta get done by someone an the less people the more freight also, lateness an call outs.hire more if you can't then pay the employees that are punctual an do more then is ask'd of them, instead of expecting more outta them an letting lazy employees slide
they dont give many benefits or raises

My store has all good people who work hard. Everyone is a pleasure to be around

Practice respect and understanding at all times.
Training needs to be a essential to the job in which you must perform the job duties correctly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I wouldn't say the whole company is positive but my store is.
They preach good things. No follow through or action.

Discipline is non existent packing out on night crew is poor cause the attitude is poor
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed 44yrs ago. It was great!!! I was a kid! The new process takes so long, some people find another job and don't come back. Everything online, someone outside of the store sends emails. Its a grocery store! No one has time for that!
