Management has unrealistic expectations for it's LA office employees. PD/Production/Tech are overworked.
I recently made the move from buying Vince from a retailer to using Vince online. I received a promotion for signing up for email and text messaging but the promo wouldn't work when I went to submit. I contacted customer service and received horrible response. Very unimpressed.
