    You can search our knowledge base and community for a solution, or ask community members directly. If you can't find an answer, you can submit a request to an agent. For more information, see the Zendesk Help Center.

  • For access to the Knowledge Base, submit a ticket to ‘[email protected]’ with the User Name and email address of the individual . You will receive confirmation from the support team that you have access to the KB.

    Once you receive the email, go to the knowledge center ( https://knowledge.vindicia.com/ ) and click on ‘Password Reset’ tab. Type in your email address and click on ‘Password Reset’ Link. An email with the username and password will be sent to you.
