What do you like best about the leadership team?
transparent, empathetic and extremely hard working
Not only is our leadership team brilliant and well-versed in their roles, but they are also great about transparency and taking the time to listen to our staff. One of the most committed & genuine teams I've ever been a part of.

They have no integrity or humility
Support its employees instead of incompetent wafflers in management positions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good base salary, good heath benefits, but excellent work flexibility and PTO benefits. Plus fully remote.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The overall culture is Toxic. That's what the Management wants.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are great at what they do, but more than that they are committed to supporting each other and working together fairly. High integrity on this team.

Everyone is unhappy and tense, except the management idiots.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some good colleagues - Pay is ok
The salary is not too bad.
We are flexible, transparent, and try to keep things as positive as possible around here. Make no mistake - the work is challenging and everyone is stretched in some way, but it is also a testament to our culture that people find those challenges rewarding and engaging.

Chances to meet people from various teams & skillsets; good discussions that are productive but honest and often fun.

Too many interviews - Lots of waffling.
Way too long. Lots of waffling.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being on a team that prioritizes positivity as much as productivity. They genuinely want people to like their work despite how complex and fast-paced it is, and they've been great about hiring people with good work ethic who add to that culture.
