They allow you to be creative and have a voice. Your ideas are heard, respected, and supported. They are actually leaders and mentors instead of micromanaged managers. They walk with you instead of in front of you. Best leadership I've ever worked with.

It's actually a team effort. I don't feel like I'm carrying everything on my back. Projects are supported equally, everyone's skill set is featured, and my team respects everyone's time, ideas, voice, and work/life balance. This is the best team I've ever worked for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team actually respects your time and work/life balance. I don't feel guilt if I need to take time off, I'm actually encouraged. Virbela doesn't believe in micro managing or the corporate hierarchy. I actually feel like I bring value and I'm heard.
