I have really enjoyed it. The company is growing fast and is managing that growth pretty well. I think the company has been fortunate to find good people with very different capabilities who respect each other.

Work well together. There are always a few that are more complicated, but overall, the internal politics are low-key.

Thoughtful, open-minded, dedicated. They admit when they don't know things, but also have a vision of what they are trying to accomplish.

We are making a positive impact on the world and are achieving tangible results in our product's development and with our delivery and support processes.

Remote work is great. Using our own platform is a huge positive. I'm more productive and more fulfilled. This makes me more dedicated to the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits package is ok, not amazing. Pay is not up to what some competing companies offer. Culture is probably better at Virbela, so it is a trade-off.
