People work extremely hard and in my opinion work really well cross functionally with others

Receptive to ideas, willingness to change direction as appropriate as we navigate in a changing environment

Being able to contribute to the organization on many levels from strategic direction to team management to individual tasks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While the workload is heavy, and hours are long the days are a lot of fun working with great people building a great organization
