Understanding of work life balance along with motivation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with our team and meeting with event hosts!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission and bonuses, or the great base salary for sales
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best traits I find in our leadership are transparency, motivation and understanding
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can bounce ideas off each other, but also have a sense of competition together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Monday company wide meetings and getting contracts signed (and happy customers raving about our product).

The commission structure and being able to motivate myself monetarily (while also being motivated by a strong product to sell)
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can put time on anyone's calendar and know they are open to meeting with me and discussing our work to provide feedback
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very accepting culture, but with a work hard play hard mentality. If you can do your job and produce no one micro manages.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have an open door policy, I feel comfortable messaging them on slack or coming to them with a problem. I have stated my interest in a personal growth plan with Virbela and my manager consistently meets with me and is transparent on how I should work to achieve my goals!
