Everybody helps everybody. We are all on the same page. We all demand quality and take nothing personally.

Flat structure. If you are capable, you will be utilized. No ball hogs. No gossip. Everybody is held accountable.

Leadership is skilled, yet not full of themselves. They are self-aware and do what it takes to get a good result/product.

I am excited to go to work everyday. I like wearing many hats and maximizing my value. I want to earn every penny I make.
