What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just a quiet team in general. Sometimes it's difficult to get conversations out of them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Remote work isn't great for me. My current duties aren't aligned with things I that bring me excitement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very nice, humble people. Not a lot of egos. People know we're all learning and growing together as the company grows.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're people with lives and not afraid to share. They know the company. The company growth is very recent and the leadership this is in place is fairly organic, home-grown leaders.
