I feel supported and that I am important to the team. I love having back up when I go to meetings. I never feel left alone. I enjoy everyone's friendliness but sometimes I feel that communication between departments aren't great. Overall 9/10. This company is going places.

Transparency even though we are all behind an avatar. I think its so grand how easy it is to connect with one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
The stress? I had a very stressful job before this one and the availability of people I have to help me when I am in a weird situation or unable to answer a question is AMAZING. I really feel supported and that's really important to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have account managers and customer success advisors on our team. We are not split up and do not have a defined line on who does what and we all have very similar jobs and job descriptions. My pay does not reflect what others are making and I work just as hard and long as they do.
