Highly skilled and very open to helping out wherever needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The possibility that maybe one day, there will be a company wide retreat.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not quite sure who those people even are so I can't really answer this question.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not too sure about culture since everyone is online. Same goes for the environment. There's no human interaction. No way to actually socialize in person anymore.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe others in my role are being paid much more. And just from former companies that I've been with (that are still in existence) their benefits/perks were much better
