I enjoy working at Virbela. It's different than it used to be, and it seems like we have some significant communication issues and siloing of departments and projects that could be dangerous down the road. However, I know we have good teams and a good product, so I do have faith we will pull through
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The company is good. I just feel like there's a lot of disparate parts now and a lot of distance between everything. I just hope we're able to come back together and make a meaningful upgrade to the product. Otherwise, if we stay as we are, I'm afraid we'll be quickly overtaken by competitors.

I'd view the salary as the best.

Getting something important accomplished, and making a product that I'm proud of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I sometimes feel that more attention has been put towards hiring new employees instead of bringing up existing employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I view the culture as having been better before Covid with being more tight knit and cohesive. It's fine now, but not nearly what it used to be.
