everyone is TRYING to make it a good culture.. though there is still some disconnect..

supportive and in general not a lot of ego to deal with.. people who like to solve problems and help solve problems..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am very happy to be compensate as I am , for my work.. so I don't feel undervalued.. But I do find myself wishing for more money and wondering about other companies and if I might get something higher for similar work..
