Love working at Virbela, the culture in general is great. Work/Life balance is great. Sometimes get frustrated with the lack of proper processes, or some departments lack of leadership, or others with people interfering, but overall is good.

Modern, all are equal, open to opinions.

no need to accrue time off.

Getting things done, helping our customers, making a difference when have an idea to better a procedure.

When my customers are happy with the work i do. Or when i finish something meaningful that will help the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The "unlimited time off" although i barely take any time, knowing that i can when needed to go to a doctor or attend family issues takes a big relief out
