I truly enjoy working at Virbela and was a little worried because this was one of the first "office" jobs I've had, but here I am almost a year in and I still enjoy coming to work everyday! Watching the company grow so fast is also making me feel like I am doing my part :)

Casual conversations with my colleagues when we bump into each other throughout the day! ...and getting to wear sweatpants lol
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encouragement and inclusion. People are not only open to sharing their interests and hobbies at work, but others are always very open to listening as well! :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make sure to check on how you're doing as a human being, not just how you are doing work-wise. This was very reassuring and comforting during that long pandemic
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though I've never met any of them in person, I feel like I really know them! I love hearing about everyone's lives outside of work, especially since we all live in different areas, so we all have a wide variety of things going on :)
