What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like how open we are about topics - regardless of what it is

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most are collaborative with positive attitudes. There is only one team that is challenging and negative.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Get feedback from other people besides directors. There is negativity and silos being created from the top down.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My compensation is not within the average range for my role or experience. When I asked about it, I was told that people that were hired in the first few months of 2020 were paid too high so they had to bring down salaries going forward. So because others were overpaid, now some are underpaid.
