Stand up for your team. Respect people's time. Just because your not busy doesn't mean other people have 3 as to sit in your meeting.
Better bonuses paid to non sales team members
Benifits continue to shrink. And dispute what is publicly stated, thereis no flexibility or options to work from home when you need to.

We need better structure and planning. There is an unrealistic expectation to deliver on large scale projects with minimal planning or direction. I think we need to have PMs that can manage expectations, work with stakeholders, help ensure that resources are aligned, and keep projects on track.
Although I adore my colleagues, candidates are not thoroughly vetted.
