Lot of changes are needed, most importantly it needs to be a people company

Pay women fairly - discrimination is not good. I outperform my male counterparts by a very, very large margin. I deserve to make as much or more than they do based solely on superior job performance.

Medical benefits given by company
Everything is fixed component in my package. There is no variable pay. There is one yearly MBO payout every year which is separate.

They have 401 and contribution on health insurance. I am waiting to understand the bonus part how it will be in USA.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Things are not very transparent.
I'm underpaid and it is based on the comparison with other companies.I felt not welcomed and I never felt being a part of an organisation.
3 years of sincerely working for virtusa and they have not given me a single hike or promotion
I am paid less than male counterparts who do not perform nearly at the same level as me. The clients agree that this is true - and see me as the better performer, yet I am paid less due to my gender.

very backward mentality. should look at competitors and bring about some changes in policies
