Pay women fairly - discrimination is not good. I outperform my male counterparts by a very, very large margin. I deserve to make as much or more than they do based solely on superior job performance.

I am paid less than male counterparts who do not perform nearly at the same level as me. The clients agree that this is true - and see me as the better performer, yet I am paid less due to my gender.

very backward mentality. should look at competitors and bring about some changes in policies
