Executive Bio
Mr. Andrew Torre has been Regional President of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) at Visa, Inc. since January 2018. Mr. Torre served as the Chief Executive Officer for Russia of Visa Inc. until 2016. Mr. Torre served as Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Payments Division at BServ, Inc. He joined BServ Inc., in September 2006. He has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. He was with Washington Mutual, where he worked on strategic initiatives and new product development for the Card Services division. Previously, Mr. Torre held roles with the World Bank, Visa and eFounders, an online private equity trading platform. Mr. Torre received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and his Master's degree from Johns Hopkins University.
