Mr. Vasant M. Prabhu has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Visa Inc. since February 9, 2015. Mr. Prabhu served as Chief Financial Officer at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. He managed the Operations and Technical Services division, which included NBCUniversal's technical operations, physical plant, corporate services and information technology functions. He served as a Vice President, Treasurer and Manager of Starwood Lahaina LLC. He joined NBCUniversal in 2014. Mr. Prabhu served as the Chief Financial Officer of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. from December 2003 to April 30, 2014 and was responsible for its accounting, tax, treasury, strategic planning, corporate development and risk management functions. He served as Executive Vice President of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Starwood Hotels & Resorts (the Trust) since January 2004. He was responsible for the Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development and Risk Management Functions of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and management. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Pepsi Cola International. He served as the President of E-Commerce at Safeway, Inc. since 2000. Mr. Prabhu served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Starwood Hotels & Resorts (the Trust) since January 2004 and Principal Accounting Officer of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Safeway Inc. from September 2000 to December 2003. He served as the President of the Information and Media Group at McGraw Hill Financial, Inc. from June 1998 to August 2000 and held several senior positions at divisions of PepsiCo, Inc. from June 1992 to May 1998. From August 1983 to May 1992, he was a Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation. He serves as Vice Chairman of The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. He served as the Vice Chairman of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. from February 2010 to April 2014. He has been an Independent Director of Mattel, Inc. since September 1, 2007. He served as Director of Starwood Lahaina LLC. He served as a Director of Knight-Ridder Inc., since 2003. Mr. Prabhu holds MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago, Chicago, IL in 1983 and a BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India.
