Accountability across all positions, including director level.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was showed all the positions available and given a tour if the area.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Slow. Human Resources is unresponsive. Pay scales are bad. Recruiting system is garbage.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality is decreasing due to incompetence and the failure of leadership to maintain equipment and quality of personnel.
Pay us better and stop lying during interviews about the hours we would be working if employed here.
