The PTO accommodations are great

work from home is very flexible.

Review from Product Dept

The total compensation package is solid.

Review from Sales Dept

Competitive Salary, health insurance and 401K match

Review from Sales Dept

In comparison to other companies I believe they are best in class

Review from Sales Dept

I feel like my salary is pretty fair in the market, though maybe not great. I love the free glasses and the 401K match.

Review from Sales Dept

it provides for every need

Review from Operations Dept

VSP optical insurance (free eyewear).

Review from Operations Dept

The bonus opportunity is nice.

Review from Executive Dept

The free eyewear for me and my family is huge.

Review from Operations Dept

The variety of offerings available

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher pay to validate hard work

Review from Sales Dept

I appreciate the opportunity that I have been given. This no way reflects poor feelings towards the company. I just feel that the amount of pay for the amount of responsibility as a manager seems low. I think the pay should reflect the importance of running a multi-million dollar store or stores.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel completely fine at Visionworks.

Review from Sales Dept

Better benefits, higher salary, more time-off are things that would be helpful

Review from IT Dept

Sometimes it seems as if tenure and gained experience over the years go unnoticed especially when you have new hires who come in and are offered higher competitive market pay. I think regular evaluations of job titles should be analyzed and rated fairly across the board.

Review from Finance Dept

Compensation equivalent to my peer group.

Review from HR Dept

We need an additional team member

Review from HR Dept

There is an imbalance on how the company approaches internal mobility.

Review from Operations Dept

Yes, I feel as if they are not competitive enough with other companies and when the issue of pay is brought up, it is not taken seriously.

Review from HR Dept

They looked for every way to lower my pay

The GM’s are always low balling their employee

I value my compensations package. But I am still a contract employee so I am waiting for the full benefits.

Review from HR Dept

Huge pay disparity across similar levels. Men get paid more.

More competive base pay and bonuses

Review from Sales Dept

it would be great if we could be paid a similar rate as other opticians in the area.

Review from Sales Dept

Not being able to have a work life balance. All the unpaid overtime that is worked

Review from Sales Dept

Visionworks values each individual and celebrates their contributions. As in many companies, people with longer tenures may be getting smaller incremental raises and feel the need to catch up. Believe that Visionworks will invest for the future and motivate accordingly.

I feel my compensation is fair because I have no direct reports. I would like to participate in a bonus program based on my contribution to the orgnaization's goals and performance

Review from HR Dept

I believe during evaluations they next pay should be a little more not 10 cent increase

Review from Sales Dept

I know that my pay is below market rate. Being at least at market rate would make me feel better.
