Sometimes I feel like there's no growth with my position. Same task everyday and there's a lack of change when change is needed.

I would love to answer this yes but we have too many competing priorities that force us to have too much noise in the system. I believe this is only temporary due to the company turnaround but it’s frustrating with all of the priories at once. It’s hard to deliver a consistent message to stores.

Believe that the team is addressing things that have already gone wrong. We are looking at problems and taking a data driven approach to solution.
There should be more visible appreciation and respect of ALL employees. Not just a select few that management has deemed appreciation/respect-worthy.
