I LOVE working with my client, I learn new things every day from him. He calls me his white hair lady even though he's 18 yrs my senior. We have alot in common and that makes my job so much easier. I always tell people I don't consider this a job because you are not suppuse to have so so much fun.

Learning new things daily from my client.

Compatibility!!!!! This is so important when working with a client!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My client and I get along very very well, its such a joy working with him.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My boss and I haven't seen eye to eye on anything since I started many years ago. My co-workers and I get along good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Visiting Angels has NO benefits whatsoever so they can't compete with a nursing home/hospital/assistant living place. Hard to keep or even get people interested in becoming caregivers. I dont know what working 40 hours is anymore because I've worked more hours every week hardly having a day off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I dont like being treated like I dont matter. I LOVE this job and its because of my client i haven't quit. A family member passed away and I requested the day off only to be given an blackmailed. I had to work late one night otherwise I couldn't go to my sister-in-laws funeral. Is this legal to do?
