What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair 401K match and PTO
Visual Edge has a better base pay compared to its competitors. However, the cost the salesman pay for equipment is much higher than what other competitors charge their sales people making it so that we are paid much less commissions

we get feedback from leadership
The only positive part of the environment at this company is when you are out of the office and in the field.

Flexibility when I needed it

It was professional and not too long
They did most of the talking. I had very little to prove.

I like the extras - giveaways, prizes, food truck, etc
