I actually really enjoy working here, my only issue is the push for sparks. Don't threaten employees encourage them.

Overall it is a positive work environment.

It was simple and it did not make me nervous.

I love my team. We all get along and the culture is fantastic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sparks sparks sparks. Customers hate sparks and so do the associates. Too many issues and not enough payoff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think that the decisions corporate is making regarding sparks is ridiculous. Working here was far more enjoyable when I was actually a "health enthusiast" not a salesman.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I am going to be threatened for lack of sparks I want compensation for performance. Upper management, those who do not work in the stores, need to treat us better.
