All very knowledgeable and very helpful and patient when it comes to training new ones.

Leadership in my local store is wonderful, those higher than that I believe aremeeting hard as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a part timer we do not get any benefits, yet we work just as hard and gain the same knowledge as the key holders.
