What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CEO was arrested in 2009 for Federal Charges of Fraud and lying to US Government. A Wolf in sheep's clothing will never change. He lies about his taxes and brings them to India. He has his client pay in India to avoid taxes. Most of his IT clients lies as well with USCIS and Dept of Labor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
again CEO was charged and accepted a plea deal to keep quiet. Enough said, You dont accept plea deal if you are innocent
