Ms. Celina Burns serves as Head of Value Based Healthcare Strategy at Vizient, Inc. Ms. Burns served as President of Davis Vision Incorporated since August 6, 2012 until July, 2015. Ms. Burns has more than 25 years of experience working for health insurers and health and welfare professional service firms, including Humana, Prudential Financial and Aetna. Ms. Burns joined Davis Vision from Buck Consultants, a Xerox Company based in Dallas, where she was a market leader and principal. Ms. Burns served as the Managing Director of Business Development at MedSynergies, Inc. from May 2010 to May 2011. Ms. Burns served as the President of Dallas-Fort Worth Commercial Market Operations of Humana Inc. since July 2008. After leaving Aetna as general manager, she held key market management roles at Cigna Health Care and at Prudential Financial as regional vice president of national and regional accounts. Ms. Burns served as the Vice President of network development in North Texas of Humana Inc. She was responsible for the overall management and strategic planning for Humana's commercial health-benefit products sold to employer groups in and near the Metroplex. She serves as Advisory Board of North Texas Women's Health Alliance. She serves as a Director of Health Industry Council. She serves as a Member of both the Dallas Forth Worth Business Group on Health and the North Dallas Business Chamber. She serves as a board member for the American Heart Association and is chair for the Go Red for Women luncheon. Ms. Burns is a graduate of Texas State University, with a bachelor's degree in allied health sciences.
