James Tad Schweikert — Senior Principal of Enterprise Solutions at Vizient, Inc

Mr. James Tad Schweikert serves as Senior Principal of Enterprise Solutions at Vizient, Inc. Mr. Schweikert served as Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Inc. until September 2014. Mr. Schweikert served as Senior Managing Director in the FTI Healthcare group of FTI's Corporate Finance practice and is based in Atlanta. Mr. Schweikert served as Senior Managing Director of FTI Cambio, LLC. Mr. Schweikert has more than 15 years of healthcare experience providing operational, financial and strategy advisory services to healthcare providers, payers and technology solution vendors. Mr. Schweikert has significant healthcare expertise in supply chain management, revenue cycle management, business planning and process redesign. He has driven results in a variety of diverse roles and environments by creating, implementing and managing organizational change. Mr. Schweikert's experience includes health system integration, capital budgeting and planning, strategic market and feasibility assessments, process improvement, hospital operational and profitability improvement and health enterprise strategy. Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Schweikert was a Director in the Supply Chain practice at Navigant Consulting. He served as the Vice President of Business Development for a supply chain solutions company focused on contract management and business intelligence solutions. Mr. Schweikert began his consulting career with Arthur Andersen in Atlanta and served as its Senior Manager. He helped to grow the Business Consulting practice, which was focused on providing performance improvement and strategic planning services to hospitals, physicians and payers. Mr. Schweikert's project work included revenue cycle redesign, supply chain operations improvement, merger assessment and implementation strategy, hospital operational redesign, physician and hospital joint ventures, business planning for a provider sponsored managed care organization and international consulting to set government healthcare delivery strategy and policy. Mr. Schweikert began his professional career at Northside Hospital in Atlanta. Mr. Schweikert holds an Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing, an Master of Hospital and Health Administration (M.H.A.) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in finance from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
