understanding people are leaving because the culture, the lack of work life balance, sr leaders stuck in their ways
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop inefficient behaviors, stop allowing bad behavior, especially in the senior leadership, there is no work life balance for several departments, creativity is damaged by this contact work and no rest.
