What is the best part about your compensation package?
The total compensation package is excellent. The salary may seem a little below average, but the bonuses FAR make up for it, and the equity is an incredible benefit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Carbon Black is the most inclusive company I have ever worked for. We are united as technicians and dreamers, and anything else isn't judged. Our gender pay equity is 1-to-1, we provide a safe, friendly environment for the LGBT community, and we help each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team knows how to play both short ball and long ball, which is something most companies can't do well as they grow. Patrick and the other leaders always work endlessly to ensure that our open and honest culture stays that way, which I really appreciate.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking with my clients and my co-workers. With my clients, we work together to achieve the same goals. With my co-workers, we also are trying to achieve the same things. That plus the trust and empowerment leadership puts in people makes it a great place to work for me.
