It was collaborative and felt very close to working day to day in the company

People seem to be very engaged and interested in what is happening in other people's lives beyond work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want more ways to feel my impact and measure growth than pay. There's not a great structure set up to do that.
