Great teammates and commradery, but people are getting frustrated with unfair commision oractices and starting to leave
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mid levek leadership gets it and fights for their people, but executive leadership doesnt listen and has their heads up their asses
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great on-target earnings package, but in the last year specialists are not hitting the unfair goals assigned by exec leadership. This is greatly impacting payouts
