I submitted a code challenge. I was called to get to know the team. The interview was about getting to understand the way I completed the code challenge, and also to get to know me. I frankly felt like it we were just having a conversation rather than an interview.

The candid nature of the questions and that there was CEO involvement. It set a precedent for his level of involvement within the organization as a whole.
Most of the interview process felt just like a casual conversation of getting to know someone. Very low stress.
