What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it includes open PTO and that I feel it's adjusted fairly based on performance.
Unlimited PTO is pretty rad.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We enjoy interacting professionally and personally and we treat each other with respect. We're always laughing!
We all genuinely like working together. Collaboration is excellent.

Everyone is incredible hungry to learn, participate, and collaborate - we're always pushing the boxes (and each other) to create/build. We're truly a team, not just coworkers.
Honest and openminded team that encourages sharing and feedback. We share a common bond through our love and passion for design and digital experiences.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it's genuine and accepting of all our unique personalities!
Very supportive and warm group of people. We get along positively and collaborate together on a frequent basis.
Camaraderie. Work together to get things done right.
It's a relaxed, open environment. People play video games at lunch. There's scooters everywhere.

The range in personalities of people I met with.
