That I get paid to help customers. That I provide extreme value to my customers with ZERO cost and ZERO risk. That my offerings help the environment!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Simply put, the leadership cares...deeply. I could call anyone of our leaders and they would take time out of their day to speak to me or any other Voltan. It is a family, not a stuffy organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it is a relaxed, fun, but competitive atmosphere. That our COO or CEO treat you like an equal. There is no hierarchal discrimination or any type of discrimination within Voltus. The Executive truly cares and it shows because it is contagious.
