Everyone is very open to change and new ideas, and it feels very much like everyone is paddling in the same direction and working together to hit our collective goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent, they care very much about their employees, are some of the brightest individuals I have every met, and are also very fun, which I feel like is a tough balance to strike.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is just so much fun to come to work every day. Working with the people that we work with is so satisfying because everyone is just so intelligent that it really pushes you as an individual to do better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is long, but that does a couple of things, including allowing the candidate to understand our culture a little bit more, and it allows us to really make sure the candidate is a perfect fit for the role, which we care a lot about.
